Package Your Items
Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags, manuals, and protective styrofoam are included to prevent damage during transit.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided by our support team to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned home goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
